What's Your Bujo Gear?
Jan. 29th, 2017 04:49 pmIf you haven't been keeping tabs, I recommend checking out the comments in the newbie-friendly resource post. Lots of good ideas and suggestions there!
Today, I thought it'd be fun to share our essential bujo gear. Maybe it's something basic like your bullet journal and a ballpoint pen. Or maybe it's something fancy like this amazing stamp and sticker set you have.
Whatever it is, leave a comment with a photo and/or a simple list of items. Consider this your introduction to the community and each other. Go!

Date: 2017-01-31 01:59 am (UTC)This is a lined journal, and I'm okay with it for my first foray into pseudo-bullet journaling, but I really want to get a Leuchtturm1917 with the dot grid.
I saw someone suggest the Papermate Flair pens on a website somewhere, and I've really liked them. Very pretty color.
The stickers are for Happy Planner, and I really really like them. The book was kind of expensive but I got it for 60% off. Very much recommended.
Anyone have recs for stencils?

Date: 2017-01-31 06:22 pm (UTC)This book has about twenty pages of stickers and some of them are quotes, some are banners or headers, some are dots or arrows or big blocks of color. It's really fun to stick one here or there for color or whatever. Like, one of the pages I made is tracking my IC symptoms, and I put a Be Brave sticker on there to remind me that I'm going to eventually manage this disease.
The washi tape I struggle with just a little because I don't really know what to do with it beyond essentially using it to draw a line. LOL

Date: 2017-02-01 01:50 am (UTC)Given that I used to buy washi tape cos it looked nice, drawing lines is improvement for me! *g* I've seen some people write on their washi tape so they use it for headers, or they use it as a way to mark out their headers/section their pages somehow.
