inkstone: Air Gear's Ringo pulling down her glasses (you can count on me!)
[personal profile] inkstone posting in [community profile] bujo
If you haven't been keeping tabs, I recommend checking out the comments in the newbie-friendly resource post. Lots of good ideas and suggestions there!

Today, I thought it'd be fun to share our essential bujo gear. Maybe it's something basic like your bullet journal and a ballpoint pen. Or maybe it's something fancy like this amazing stamp and sticker set you have.

Whatever it is, leave a comment with a photo and/or a simple list of items. Consider this your introduction to the community and each other. Go!

I covet your washi tape. =) I've been using washi tape in a writing revisions note journal and really liking it--I too have shaky hands, and the thicker tape "lines" are easier for me to see.

Where do you like to get stickers and washi tape?

They're from the MT Tape Slim collections (http://mt-tape.us/collections/boxed-sets for the sets for the US) and I get the stickers from resellers at a local online marketplace! They're much cheaper there for me ($3 vs $10) because they're either straight from the factories or are full of small defects that rendered them unsaleable.

I know that cute sets can be gotten from alibaba on the cheap? Some I picked up from Daiso, and a huge amount are Korean diary stickers with character sets.

Washi tape really helped with filling up empty spaces to get over the feeling that I was 'wasting' perfectly good page space, and now every time there's a new collection from MT I just putt around it... waiting... watching... free local shipping...

Cool, thanks! I didn't even know cheap defect stickers was a thing. That's awesome. :D

The next time I manage to make it over to Korea I am so buying more stickers. That, or maybe I should drop a hint to my mom...(My mom compulsively sends me care packages. I can sometimes influence the contents of the packages but not the fact of there being a constant stream of them...)

Yes, they were a cool find! Esp since I don't mind cutting out my own stickers occasionally or colour variations or off-center printing.

That sounds like a great way to get more stickers! I'm sure she'll enjoy browsing the stationery aisles for the best ones for you.
