a packed weekly spread

I've been having fun with my new bujo weekly spread! It's not beautiful but it's so easy to set up (I don't even pull out a ruler because I'm lazy haha).I have a ton crammed in here, but because this is also a long-form journal and where I take my study notes, it's nice to not flip too much.

At the top we have the dates of the week, and then the top tasks for the day, then the large space in between is part of the daily log/to-do list, and then we have some meal planning, and a block schedule at the bottom (very similar to Google calendar). On the very right is a column that I can just put whatever I need--for this week, I'm using it to keep track of my five projects at work. Stickers are a bit haphazardly thrown on depending on my mood but they really add a colorful pop.

Ah, I thought it might be a TN size but wasn't sure. Happy to hear you have used your TN cover for a long time and plan on using it forever! I love finding stationery that works for me and that I can continue to use, too. Thank you for the links, too! :D

The Taroko notebook looks great, I have heard good things about their paper and binding quality online.

Oooh, what does your cycling log look like? i. e. which columns or spaces does it have?

That is the thing, there are no spreads I would add in that I don't have now. The pre-printed planner has about 19 blank note pages at the end of it and I usually only use 2 or 3 of those, 1 for a list of appointments for the next year and the rest for simple notes. I have hand-drawn planners before but they were all much simpler layouts. If I end up doing that, I need to start maybe at the end of November or thereabouts because I need to have the whole year drawn out when it starts so I can put in appointments as they come up. Some doctor's appointments must be made far in advance.

I have also just seen Leuchtturm 1917's new academic planners for July 2023 to December 2024. They always use the colours there for the weekly academic planner that they later bring out for the regular weekly vertical planners and they are apparently going to finally do the weekly vertical planner in my fave colour, "Rising Sun", which is a warm yellow. I don't think I can resist buying the pre-printed planner for next year, then! But might still do the hand-drawn planner for 2025 or later. And if not, I'll eventually use those empty notebooks just as regular long form journals, of which I have already 5 filled LT 1917 notebooks, hehe!

My cycling log is just a chart of Date, Duration, Calories, Distance, and Notes (though I usually don't always fill them all out). Some are fields that I can only fill if I use my stationary bike after all haha.

And oooh that sounds like if you were to bujo, a Future Log would really useful to you so you can keep track of stuff that far in advance. I also have a few things super far out but it's nice to just consolidate them on the Future Log and then transfer them to the monthly layouts as I make them.

Looking at it now, Rising Sun is such a warm and lively color, I love it! Congrats on filling out five LT journals, that's awesome and sounds so satisfying!
