I don't have all my stuff handy right now, but for my work notebook I'm using:
* Moleskine large grid notebook - I have liked grid better than dot grid so far, but I'm thinking about switching up to the extra large for the extra space. (It lives on my desk at work so the lack of portability isn't an issue.) The other notebook I'm eyeing off is the Delfonics Rollbahn. Mmmm.
* A really nice black ballpoint pen - I know everyone seems to use fineliners but for basic writing I much prefer a good ballpoint. Normally I'm a fountain pen junkie, but Moleskine paper isn't fountain-pen-friendly, at least not for Lamy inks. (Except in the cahiers - weirdly my gaming notebook cahiers seem to stand up to ink bleed much better than the classic Moleskine books.)
* Coloured Triplus Fineliners for emphasis, graphics and highlighting. I have about 30-40 of these in different colours.
* A looooooot of washi tape. :) I'll post pics when I can; a lot of it's at work.
