What Bujo-Related Thing Are You Excited About in February?

We're starting a new month and for many people, new months mean new beginnings. It's arbitrary, but there's something about seeing that 1 on the calendar, right?

So let's turn to our bujos. Are you trying anything new in February?

Maybe you're getting a new journal. Or do you want to try out that new fountain pen? Perhaps you've decided to experiment with a habit tracker. Or are you beginning a bujo for the very first time ever?

My new thing is Actually Bullet Journaling!

... Or, well, kind of. Technically I've bullet journaled (bujoed? bulleted?) before, but it only lasted about half a month. But I have a fresh new journal that is not tinted red like the last one and I am hopeful that it will work better this time. :D

There's something magical about that new, clean notebook that always gets me inspired.

Were the pages of the other tinted red or just the cover?

Same here! That inspiration sadly doesn't always last, but I'm hoping I can use it to at least get a good head start. :D

The pages. I'd been trying not to buy something new, and the only notebooks I had around were the 70-page school-style spiral notebooks, and one whose pages were red, so that's what I went with. Unfortunately I just don't think it works for me with this kind of system. New one is white and that feels a lot cleaner, so maybe that'll be better.

Red pages sounds so unusual for a regular notebook.

I've actually got a notebook right now that has red pages, but the gimmick is that the cover and everything is red and on each page is printed a quote about the color red. I've got a purple one like it as well.
